THE RECEPTION CELLAR
Located in the unique troglodytic site, the Caveau is an old part of the winery. It was once used for winemaking, bottle dressing and packaging.

LA VERRIÈRE
This majestic “cathedral cellar”, carved out of the tufa stone, was once used to make fine bubbly wines. Today, it showcases Ackerman’s exceptional heritage and is ideal for cocktail receptions for groups of up to 300 people.

Just a stone’s throw from the banks of the Loire, the troglodytic site of Maison Ackerman is ideal for organising your business events. This old hall, once a barrel-making site, offers an authentic and comfortable setting for your working days.

This huge gallery, dug into the tufa rock, was used for disgorging and dosing fine bubbly wines. The lack of natural light enabled the staff to carry out these operations with dexterity, while preserving the quality of the cuvées. Today it showcases Ackerman’s exceptional heritage. It is an excellent introduction to the visit and is also suitable for groups of up to 300 people.
